Return policy

1. Return Eligibility

• You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Products must include all original tags, dust bags, boxes, and accessories.
• Customized, personalized, or clearance items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used, worn, washed, or altered products
• Custom orders
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Items without original packaging or tags

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 3–5 business days.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–15 business days after approval.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

4. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to your own reason (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If the return is due to our error (defective, wrong item, missing parts), we will cover return shipping.

5. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• You may exchange for a different color or size of the same product within 7 days of delivery.
• Any price difference and return shipping fees will be your responsibility unless due to our error.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
• We will provide a full refund, free replacement, or prepaid return label.
